About Me

Enthusiasm and a passion for life are the driving forces behind Skeeter Stebbins’ real estate practice—and his life. He describes himself as a happy and fortunate person, and he brings that positive attitude to everything he undertakes.

Born and raised in Hawai‘i, Skeeter has lifelong knowledge of the islands’ lifestyle and real estate market, giving him a unique edge in helping clients negotiate the best deals. In January 2013, after 14 years in the business, he earned his broker’s license—proof of the knowledge, experience, and commitment he brings to every client. Whether you’re buying or selling property, Skeeter works with you to create the best strategy to accomplish your goals.

Before real estate, Skeeter spent over 10 years as Vice President of Marble Innovations, the state’s largest stone supply company. During that time, he sold and installed every type of stone imaginable—from custom waterfalls to sculpted fireplaces. This background in fine finishes sharpened his eye for detail, which now serves his clients well in evaluating and presenting homes.

While he embraces technology as a tool (he holds e-PRO certification) to market listings and communicate effectively, Skeeter believes the foundation of great service is old-fashioned values: answering his phone, listening carefully, and being responsive to his clients’ needs and concerns.

Skeeter’s mission is to provide the knowledge clients need to navigate real estate with confidence. He believes that understanding today’s market leads to good decisions, and that when clients know what to expect at every step, the process becomes less stressful and more enjoyable.

His connection to the Lahaina community runs deep. Skeeter has been an active member of the Rotary Club of Lahaina Sunrise for many years, serving as President in 2014–2015 and again 2020-2021. He is also a lifetime member of the Lahaina Yacht Club, where he served on the board for eight years as Port Captain and Vice-Commodore. In addition, he volunteers with the County of Maui Volunteer Center, supporting HandsOnMaui.com and other community service events. Guided by the principle of “service above self,” Skeeter believes that helping others is the true measure of success.
